Apple to Hold New Product Event on October 13

Apple has officially announced an event that will take place on October 13 in New York at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (17:00 Baku time). The event will be held under the slogan “Welcome home.”

The list of new products has not been disclosed, but the slogan suggests that smart home devices will be the main focus of the presentation. Apple is expected to unveil HomePad, a new device with a built-in display that is intended to become the central hub for controlling a smart home, as well as the second-generation HomePod mini speaker and an updated Apple TV set-top box. All the devices will feature integration with the Siri AI intelligent assistant.

In addition, Apple is working with LG to expand its range of smart home devices, including a video doorbell, a thermostat, and an indoor security camera. They may also be shown at the presentation.

Apple has not yet specified the format of the announcement. It is unclear whether there will be a full online presentation or whether the company will limit itself to videos and press releases.
