The symmetrical bezels are 2.65 mm thick, and the screen occupies 93.3% of the front panel.

The tablet is powered by a 2 nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 processor paired with the iQOO Q4 gaming chip, which handles graphics processing, frame interpolation and additional visual effects in supported games. To maintain high performance under load, it has a five-level Ice Dome cooling system with a 30 × 30 × 3.5 mm fan. Its rotational speed reaches 14,500 rpm, airflow is 0.94 CFM, and the heat dissipation area through the fan is 1,661 mm². It comes with 12 or 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage with capacities of up to 1 TB.

The 9,020 mAh Blue Ocean silicon-carbon battery supports 66 W wired charging through a USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 2 port. For gaming, it has two linear vibration motors with spatial haptic feedback, a high-sensitivity gyroscope with a 500 Hz polling rate and a dedicated Wi-Fi signal amplification chip. There is a 13 MP main camera (2160p video recording), an 8 MP front camera (1080p video recording) and two symmetrical stereo speakers. The rear panel features customizable ring-shaped RGB lighting with six visual effects. The tablet runs Android 17 with the OriginOS 7 HD interface.
